February 24 1930 in Kansas this is a family of four the mom mary and three kids chris, jasmine and josh they were poor as u can tell by their home and clothing their not very happy about being poor. Their maintaining their way of life though.

This is one April 10 1935 this is a kid on a train kids like this are known as box car kids because there gangstas. Children ran away to get on these so they wouldn’t have to work anymore they got tired of it so they wanted to be free. They liked being on trains but missed their parents because they just lost their kids and their poor.

This was happening on February 9, 1932 in Kansas these children are waiting in line for food because there parents don’t make enough money for food for them. It’s a really sad time but the people are generous enough to do this so good to know people helped out during the great depression.

On January 24, 1932 in Virginia  these children were outside relaxing on their porch the look all dirty but they look happy for some reason. There shirts are dirty with mud and kinda torn up.

A job

Its seems if these kids are kinda smart because they built there own signs and they spelled right.these kids seem really depressed about being poor.

Effects of a great depression
